January 25th Friday in Manila

Good night sleep and just chilling at Keith's.  Celo cooked us a lovely breakfast, more fresh yummy fruits, grits, eggs and toast.  Claude & I went down to the pool for a relaxing morning while Ashley helped Keith do some work.  It was a beautiful morning out by the pool, nice breeze and even fell asleep on this great lounge for two.

Keith came down to get us because Celo had lunch ready.  I could get use to having a house person.  He made a yummy lunch with tuna, lettuce veggies and the bread, that where first cubed, baked and got crunchy then pour salad dressing, I think it was a vidala onion dressing then they get soft and you put them in and mix them with the tuna.  I have never had tuna so good.  Once again fresh mango's, bananas, pineapple, cantaloupe, can't remember them all.  So fresh.  After lunch we all went including Keith to the American Cemetery, over 16,000 buried there.  Such a sad but beautiful area. It lists all the military personnel that died and where they were from.

Went back to Keith's but stopped in the mall for an old fashion hamburger and shake. The place was called Mr. Jones and was set up like a 50's diner.

I ordered a hamburger with Bacon and got this.  There was a side order of bacon, Roger would have loved it.

This is the mall area connected to Keith's Apartment.  It is so pretty with lights, gardens and all kinds of eating places with inside and outside dining.  Also top line of retail establishments too.

Then home to get ready for our trip to the dive center which is a three hour ride.  Keith hired a driver and van to take us, but we first had to pick up PX at the airport.  Arrived at the dive resort around 11 p.m. off to bed, long day ahead for the divers.
