January 23, 2013 Another wonderful day in Singapore

Awoke early to attend to my new blog site.  Updated the previous day and starting thinking of what would be in store for today..  Had to finish the wash because we were getting ready to leave in the afternoon for Manila and a visit with Keith.  Ashley had to work and couldn't come for lunch because she was leaving for 4 days at 2:30.  Claude & I went out for a stroll through part of Chinatown and stopped for a sandwich at Pashaha, in the section in Ashley's building.  It was very busy so we brought it up to the apartment.  We took our nap because we were leaving for the airport at 3.  Most of the time we have traveled by taxi we thought they were trying out for Formula Racing or Nascar drivers, but the one going to the airport was slow and steady.  Ashley was getting nervous and wanted him to get going.  We did make it on time and the flight was very nice.  I had a seat that had three across with no one in any of them but me.  Laid down and had a very relaxing trip.  Ashley said she heard a noise, do you know what it was?? We landed in Manila around 8 p.m. and went to Keith's apartment.  What a place, beautiful inside and out.  I think it is the best location in Manila.  It has 42 floors, 4 swimming pools, workout gym, place for all types of massages.  There is a mall that is connected to his place with all types of restaurants, shops and bars.  Beautifully landscaped.  We ate at an Itailian Restaurant. Very tasty. They have outdoor and indoor seating.  It seems that most places have both.  The weather is so nice you can have it both ways.  Went for a walk around the area and then back to the apartment.  Then we crashed...............very busy day.....but looking forward to our next day touring Manila with Keith's House Man, Marcelo but they call him Celo.   Good night
